I drove 2 hrs to the area for a work emergency and realized I was dragging something. Hot day, no air and I was exhausted. They got under my car right away and removed the plastic guard at no charge. Thank you so much, you saved me! Highly recommend!!

SCAM POLICY Told me they couldn’t do an alignment because of bad shocks/struts. I took it to a dealer and they said it was perfectly fine and did it. Car X clearly has a scam policy to upcharge thousands of dollars when it’s just a “recommendation”. My vehicle is over 7 years old, nothing is going to be off the manufacturer line specs. I could have been out thousands because of a policy and recommendation. They could have done it. I will not go back.

My daughter‘s vehicle would not start so she brought it to Car-x at the recommendation of the tow truck company. He thought it was probably a bad alternator since the battery was new. When Car-x called my daughter the next day they told her she needed a new alternator and battery. She explained that the battery was only two months old and still under warranty. The service agent said she would not replace the alternator unless my daughter was willing to replace the battery as well at the cost of over $1000. My daughter contacted me and I called the shop. When I questioned why they felt the battery needed to be replaced, they simply said it’s dead and will not take a charge. I suggested they pull the battery and my daughter could pick it up and go exchange it under warranty and bring it back. They agreed but then called my daughter a few minutes later to tell her they were refusing service and to come get her vehicle. When I called them back to ask why she told her that the service agent hung up on me. I called back and spoke with another gentleman named Ian and explained the situation. He apologized and told me I could pick the vehicle, didn’t offer to repair it. I drove 2 hours to

Awesome service from these guys! Rest assured you are safe to get back on the road they are fast and accurate when diagnosing a problem. Wayne was really helpful and was a tire master when it came to putting 35's on my truck!
